This ecstatic dance workshop, led by sound healer and movement guide Sangeeta Pandhi, invites a return to the body through shifting light, layered sound, and intuitive motion. It’s not about learning steps—it’s about unlearning restraint.

As rhythm leads and breath listens, movement becomes an offering: of presence, expression, and release. Rooted in Sangeeta’s restorative, harmonizing practice, the session invites participants to feel, not perform—to flow, not force.
